Trailblazers is a unique educational incentive marketplace event. All participants are planners from qualified incentive, meeting planning companies and corporations.

Who is eligible to attend?

Attendance is by invitation only and all applications are subject to review by the Trailblazers committee.

Qualified incentive buyers and meeting planners, those who purchase Britain, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Monaco and Switzerland, are invited to contact our event coordinator Michael Zaretsky, CMP at michael@trailblazers-events.com. or call or email their respective NTO representatives (please see supplier partners page).

Trailblazers is an intense, productive and highly enjoyable event designed to increase business for all participants, both buyers and suppliers. As such, spouses and guests are not invited. There is a maximum of two participants per office location.

Applications received will be reviewed by the Trailblazers committee. Final confirmation and registration instructions will be sent to approved buyers by July 16, 2010.

A deposit of $300.00 US is payable at the time of registration and will be refunded at the end of the program or if cancellation is made by July 16, 2010. No-shows for the marketplace will not be refunded. Cheques should be made payable to "SYNAXIS."

  • Round-trip transportation to/from Geneva
  • Hotel accommodations at the Hotel InterContinental Geneva August 13, 14 and 15, 2010
  • All scheduled meals
  • Round-trip transfers between the Geneva airport (for those participants traveling on the official program dates) and the hotel

  • Hotels of Switzerland is offering one or two nights accommodation, B&B, at their 5-star properties before August 13th and after August 18th, 2010.
